Clara BAYOL

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2023, Clara Bayol holds a university degree in criminal law, white collar crime and compliance.

During her training, she interned at August Debouzy and Haïk & Associés. She also interned at the economic and financial division of the Nanterre public prosecutor's office, and at the French Anti-Corruption Agency.

She joined MARSIGNY GOSSET AVOCATS in December 2023, before accompanying François ESCLATINE in the creation of GOSSET LASEK ESCLATINE in January 2025.

In this capacity, she handles both criminal law and white-collar crime cases.

She is a member of the Association des Avocats Pénalistes (Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers)

Clara Bayol works fluently in both French and English.
