Cyril GOSSET

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1998, Cyril Gosset is a certified specialist in Criminal Law and is widely recognized as a leading expert in criminal defense.

He began his legal career at the corporate law firm Chain Lacger et Associés before joining Olivier Metzner’s team in 1999. In 2005, Cyril Gosset founded his own law firm in Paris, establishing his expertise in criminal risk prevention and assisting both individuals and corporations facing criminal proceedings. With over two decades of experience in criminal law, he partnered with Emmanuel Marsigny in 2019 to create MARSIGNY GOSSET and co-founded GOSSET LASEK ESCLATINE AVOCATS in 2025.

Cyril Gosset graduated from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and Toulouse Business School.

He is a member of the Association des Avocats Pénalistes (A.D.A.P) and has served as a reference lawyer during legal aid rotations organized by the Paris Bar.

He works fluently in both French and English.
