François ESCLATINE

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1999, François Esclatine has extensive experience in business criminal law and is consistently ranked in numerous national and international legal rankings.

After completing a postgraduate degree (DEA) in Public Law, François Esclatine began his professional career at Olivier Metzner’s firm before joining Veil Jourde, where he became a partner in 2010, leading the criminal and regulatory litigation practice, particularly before the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (French Financial Markets Authority).

He works fluently in both French and English.
